See how moist the air is!?! God, I wish it was like that here in Missouri!

bluffs 6

Love the bluffs – they are not so fun to climb, though. Yes, I know from personal experience.

Okay, I guess it’s gonna take one more blog… yeesh! I am really envious of people who can whittle it down to posting one photo a day.

I’m also a fan of the Halloween tree!

I read one of your comments about the moisture? Is Missouri a dry feeling state? I learned something new! I’ve never traveled to this part of the country. Michigan can be extremely humid in the summer. Sometimes it’s more humid feeling than the southern states like Florida. I think it’s because of all the bodies of water in our state. When you live in Michigan, you’re never more than 6 miles away from a body of water. That’s probably why we have so many mosquitoes too. 😉 Yuck!

Yeah, it is soooo dry here! Northern Missouri isn’t bad (much like iowa, actually, LOL!) but by the time you get down here it’s hot and dry. Everyone but me seems to love that, in fact when we were talking about moving that was one of the things people kept using as a selling point “It’s not nearly as humid as Iowa”. LOL!

eek! Mosquitoes! There’s always something, isn’t there?!?!?!

Yeah Bolivar is the land weather forgot. Summer dry, hot and sunny,. Winter dry, warm and boring. Last year was lovely though. We got lots of snow:). The pics are gorgeous. I love the trees and the weathered house and the old school outside of Shen 🙂
