Share Your World 2016 – Week 18

It’s time again for Cee’s Share Your World Challenge . It’s pretty straight forward; answer three questions and participate in a tiny challenge. Sounds like fun, so let’s go!
Who was your best friend in elementary school?
Hmmmm… Which year? I had two every year: one who was usually in my class and would move away at the end of the school year (like clockwork) and then there was Mel – who I have known since first grade and still talk to :p
What things could people do for you on a really bad day that would really help you?
It depends who they are. Like a facebook friend could just say something nice, but hubby (or my mom or my brother) could try giving me a hug and picking up some of the slack that I am overwhelmed with that is causing the bad day. (My bad days pretty much result from too much to do and too little time.)
If you could make a 15 second speech to the entire world, what would you say?
“If you have nothing better to do than worry about what flag is offensive, what bathroom someone uses, who is marrying who, and whether someone has a tattoo or not, it’s time to take a long hard look at your life and fill it with something useful. Seriously, people. Grow up.”
Would you rather be an amazing dancer or an amazing singer?
An amazing singer. I’m part of the “we don’t dance” generation.
Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
Last week we had a lot of fun playing the Killer Bunny card game and no one got in a fight- so I am thankful for that. This week I am looking forward to the Epic Book Bash sponsored by Book Born on Facebook.
You are so right about our 15 second message. 😀
Damn fine speech. Run for Prez…I will vote for ya.
