Happy Sunday!

Though it’s Monday now, it was Sunday… (It was also once Saturday but who’s being picky?)
Anyway, Sunday we went on our first picnic to Viking Lake (despite having lived here almost two years. We’re slow.)

Now that the food is out of the way, we had a view of the lake from our spot.

There were some cool trees too…

And some flowers…

And some weirdos

Oh wait. They were with me.
After lunch, the brother and I went exploring.

Tiny bridge… Did it have a tiny troll under it?

Of course we had to go home finally. On the way were some awesome clouds.

Home. the brother and I finished a flower bed.

Of note, the pink rose bush is also budding.

Dinner was pork chops, awesome fun potatoes from Hy-Vee (yes, some of them are purple!), cherries, and green beans.

Then it was the nightly Voyager episodes while I worked on my website and such. I redid the paperback page. Check out out!
And now I’m going to bed.
