Spaghetti and Flowers

Lunch was so pretty that I took a photo of it.

I got some work done on the flower beds today including planting the new flowers,  weeding,  and mulching around the roses. I ended up just laying on the ground in order to get under them and get all the creeping Charlie. I imagine it was an amusing sight.

My favorite rose that someone hacked off has tiny plants

Despite our efforts last year, the yellow rose is still kicking. (We accidentally hacked out out- seems to be a rose every year)

That corner bed got some new additions

and then we went to a friend’s house for dinner and a movie. The movie was Dead Pool, which I enjoyed,  and, you guessed it,  the dinner was spaghetti.

It was as good as it looks.

I’d write more, but I’m tired.
