Stew and Chinese Hands

We got another set of hands from Ali Express. I didn’t have any hope for these because they’re a knockoff of a sculpture but wow, they’re really good quality.

Again, probably not using them this year. I also bought a fig machine which I might use this year but want for next year. Since this year was pretty cheap, I’m buying up ahead for the more expensive years (pirates and witches) and while things are available because I’ve put it off before and then can’t get the stuff the next year.

The only other interesting thing was we had sine good stew for dinner. We were planning corn bread, but had no cornmeal so we did herbed biscuits instead.

If I wasn’t lazy, I’d post the recipes but I am lazy, so…

Feeling better as well. Which is good because tomorrow is a BBQ in Hamburg. In fact I’m in the middle of making pumpkin pie balls for that. Hopefully they turn out. I’ll let you know.
